Refund Policy

Case Management Institute will refund products based on the below criteria and time limits:

Physical Products: Product must be returned within 7 days and be unused/new.  Refunds made within this time will equal the purchase price minus the shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. No refunds after 7 days or if the product is used/opened.

Live Courses: Refunds are only allowed if received 72 hours before registration for the course closes.  Refunds made within this time will equal purchase price minus 15% processing fee. No refunds available after the timeframe shown above.

Digital Products/Online Courses: Due to the nature of these products, they are non-refundable.
